Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

During my recent stay, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby parks and sightseeing areas. The concierge and managers were exceptional in helping us with transportation and providing guidance. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities, such as the spa and gym, were modern and well-equipped.

There were limited tables available in the Coffee House, making it difficult to find a place to sit and discuss business.

I had an really good stay at a hotel in Beijing - the staff were excellent, going the extra mile to be helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the executive lounge was great, and the cleanliness and value for money were unmatched. I also enjoyed the complimentary daily amenities like water, fruit, biscuits, and local tea. The spa area was beautiful and relaxing, and the concierge floor offered delicious food and drinks.

The rooms are stunning and impeccably designed. The staff is incredibly attentive and provide excellent service. The executive room offers great services like breakfast, free laundry, and a daily newspaper. The gym and pool area are impressive.

I had the most amazing stay at Four Seasons! The service was perfect, from the rapid and accurate responses to my emails to the wonderful concierge team were pretty good to make my stay perfect. They even secured a reservation with a personal credit card for me. The rooms were comfortable and the showers with the rain heads were a treat. The fresh fruit supply was much appreciated on hot days. The breakfast buffet offered a standard luxury spread with freshly squeezed and cold fruit juices. The location was convenient with a subway across the street to avoid traffic jams. The staff was attentive, and the Executive room included great services like breakfast and free laundry. The gym and pool area were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and great stay.

I loved the really good service provided by the staff, from the concierge to the managers. They were helpful and were great too assist me. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Cai Xi Xuan Restaurant where I had a good breakfast. The location was perfect, being close to transportation options and in a residential area. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

Great rooms and good technology. Immaculate and friendly service from the concierge desk. They were responsive, helpful, and were great too make sure our stay was perfect. The location was convenient, with a subway across the street to avoid traffic jams.

Housekeeping seemed careless, with cleanliness issues in the room. Although the hotel is beautiful, there were some attention to detail and quality control issues in the dining experience.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. We especially loved the luxurious bathroom with its spacious bathtub and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many shops, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. It was also conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city during our romantic escape.

The slow and unresponsive service from the hotel staff. We had requested some extra towels and amenities, but it took several calls and a long wait before they were delivered to our room.

We had an really good dining experience at Four Seasons Beijing. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection, and the Peking Duck at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay nice. The rooms were cozy and the decor tasteful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also in a residential area with good restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. Situated in an upmarket area with consulates, the hotel provides a luxurious atmosphere. its proximity to the international airport ensures convenient travel for guests.

The room service could be improved.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty with the exclusive amenities that this hotel had to offer. the spa and wellness center was an oasis of calm and rejuvenation, and the heated swimming pool with its poolside view of the garden area was breathtaking. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a varied and delicious menu, and the coffee/tea in the lobby was the perfect pick-me-up.

While our room had many advantages, such as a private terrace and outdoor dining area, there was a minor issue with the Jacuzzi. It was not functioning properly and needed maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons in Beijing. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and shopping mall via the nearby subway station. The hotel itself was luxurious, with a beautiful restaurant, gym, and swimming pool. The service was great and the food was delicious. We did have to pay for parking, but aside from that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Special shoutout to Ms. Carrie, the Guest Experience Manager, for her attention to detail and personalized service. The hotel's location was convenient and the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. The Front Reception team, especially Ms. Kayla, was incredibly professional and helpful. the impeccable hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptional.
